SMC Crows experimental APK ========================== Built on 7 October 2026 from Super Mecha Champions 1.0.18624 (version code 2080296) and the public Super Mecha Crows Android kit, pub1, dated 3 October 2026. APK merger: MiloSuam, fellow SMC player. "I want all players to be able to play this nostalgic game again." This is an experimental game APK. Packaging, signatures and local setup logic have been checked. Installation, rendering, login and matches have NOT been tested on an Android device. It is not an official NetEase or Crows release. What changed ------------ All 48 APK parts were merged into a single APK, containing both ARM architectures and the original resource packs. A private startup provider applies the kit's existing patch scripts to the game's own data folder before the game Application.onCreate runs. It prepares the Crows certificate, start flags and account file without a PC installer. Each phone generates its own random account on first launch. An existing valid smc_login.json is retained. The APK does not contain a shared player account. Existing patch entries are retained, and the six affected files are backed up into crows_apk_backup in the game's data folder. The published kit's three script wrappers are unchanged. They redirect selected NetEase hostnames to the Crows server, change login behavior and enable server updates whose signatures are checked by the kit. The startup code added here does not make network requests. No Android permissions were added. Before installing ----------------- This APK has a new local signing certificate. Android cannot install it as an update over the NetEase-signed app. Back up your original installation, downloaded game data and account BEFORE replacing it. Uninstalling can delete the game's data; the APK's startup backup cannot protect data already deleted during uninstallation. The original game requires downloaded content in addition to its packaged assets. That external content is not included in this APK. A separately downloadable highend resource backup is now available at https://irfanfahmi.com/smc/. See SMC-resources-README.md for restore instructions without Termux. Its compatibility with this APK has not been tested. Retain your own account backup. A successful APK installation does not prove that a fresh phone can download missing maps or graphics from the retired service. Suggested test on a spare device ------------------------------- 1. Transfer SMC-Crows-experimental.apk to the phone and install it using Android's package installer. 2. Download and extract SMC-game-resources.zip, then follow SMC-resources-README.md to restore its files into Android/data/com.netease.g93na/files/netease/smc. Restore your smc_login.json before the first launch if you want to retain an existing Crows account. 3. Launch the game. If local setup succeeds, Documents/crows_apk_setup.txt is created. Setup failures are shown briefly and logged under the SMC-Crows tag in Android logcat. 4. Check that the login screen loads, that the Crows lobby can be entered, and that a match loads correctly. These tests are still outstanding. 5. Preserve Documents/smc_login.json and crows_apk_backup/account.json before clearing game data or uninstalling. The official PC kit checks for the original NetEase signer and will reject this rebuilt APK. Use the original unmodified game with the original PC kit if this experiment does not work. The Crows server may also impose compatibility checks not exercised by this build. Verification ------------ - Downloaded APKMirror bundle SHA-256 matched its published value. - Original base.apk and split_aab_script.apk signatures verified under schemes v1, v2 and v3 against the expected NetEase certificate. - All three original script sizes and salted SHA-256 fingerprints matched the kit's checks. - Local Java tests covered patch encoding, unique accounts, account preservation, certificate deduplication, backups, repeat launches, update preservation and corrupt-input rejection. - Final APK alignment and signing schemes v1, v2 and v3 verified. - SMC-Crows-verification.json contains the asset checks and final APK hash; the .sha256 file provides a compact checksum.
