Prepared 12 October 2026. Applies to MiloSuam's SMC Crows Setup and irfanfahmi.com/smc; third-party game/server services have separate practices.
WHO TO CONTACT
MiloSuam, community APK merger/developer and fellow SMC player. Privacy questions and requests: cabalme4@gmail.com. Do not send account tokens, passwords, private account-backup files or identity documents by email or public chat.
DATA ON YOUR PHONE
Setup reads and writes game files, setup/update receipts, preferences and the local account needed to prepare and launch the game. Account files can contain a username, authentication token and device identifier. These are sensitive login credentials. Setup's account import/export functions process them on your phone; they do not upload your backup to the maintainer. Your system document picker controls where an exported backup is saved. A cloud folder you choose may sync that file through its own provider.
NETWORK REQUESTS AND RECIPIENTS
Setup contacts GitHub for update information and resource files, and download links may use the project's Cloudflare service. These providers receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address and request information. When you run the game or create/use an account, the game connects to community servers and may contact original-game services. Those operators can receive authentication, connection and gameplay data. Their complete logging and retention practices have not been independently verified; this notice does not describe them as anonymous or promise that the bundled game sends no telemetry. The maintainer does not operate the Super Mecha Crows game server.
WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD COUNTS
The reviewed SMC website code keeps aggregate APK download-start counts and aggregate delivery/quota totals. A start is not a completed download, unique visitor or installation. Those application database records do not store player accounts or visitor IPs. Cloudflare uses the connecting IP for download rate limiting and may process security/access logs under its own service settings and privacy policy. This is not a promise that hosting providers keep no logs. The reviewed SMC site does not add advertising trackers; browser preferences for the announcement may be saved locally. Other pages of the portfolio are outside this notice's scope.
OPTIONAL WELCOME AND PERMISSIONS
The welcome illustration and a bundled voice clip, when available, run locally. Setup does not record your microphone or send your speech for voice generation. Voice-model experiments performed on the developer's PC are separate from the installed app. File access is used for game preparation and the files you explicitly select. Original-game permissions/features remain subject to Android permission controls; this notice is not a complete audit of every third-party game component.
PURPOSES, CHOICES AND SECURITY
Processing is used to prepare/update the game, preserve and restore the account you choose, deliver downloads, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Choose whether to use online services; online play and remote updates cannot work without the necessary connections. Mute the welcome at any time. Backups are ordinary unencrypted files: keep them private and protect the phone and the storage provider you choose. Signed resource checks reduce tampering risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
RETENTION, ACCESS AND DELETION
Local copies normally remain until you remove them or Android removes app data. Uninstalling can delete app-owned account data; an external backup you exported may survive. Import can preserve earlier account copies for recovery. The maintainer cannot remotely erase your phone or promise to recover an account after all copies are lost. Aggregate counts can be retained as project history. Support correspondence is kept only as needed for the request and applicable obligations. Provider/server retention depends on the respective operator and has not been confirmed here.
Contact the email above to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection or other rights that apply to data held by the maintainer. Do not attach credentials. Requests about data held by an independent server or host must also be directed to that operator; a request to the maintainer does not automatically remove those records. Services may process connections in countries outside Malaysia. Applicable law may provide additional rights and complaint routes. Young users should involve a parent or guardian where local law requires it. Material changes to this notice will be dated and shown with the relevant release.

BAHASA MELAYU
Pengguna muda perlu melibatkan ibu bapa/penjaga apabila diwajibkan undang-undang setempat. Perubahan penting akan diberi tarikh bersama keluaran berkaitan. Pautan notis penyedia disenaraikan di atas.
