Upon revocation, the Application will immediately cease to have access to Google data.
The Application, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the property of the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No licence or right is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You retain all rights to your own content, documents, and data. The Application claims no ownership over data it processes on your behalf.
Handling of personal data — including Google user data — is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Operator does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any output will be accurate or reliable. Automation output — including summaries, briefings, generated text, and any financial or market information — is informational only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Application is a personal tool provided at no charge. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability shall not exceed zero Malaysian Ringgit (RM 0.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Application in breach of these Terms or in violation of any law or third-party right.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
